Information

On Nov. 15th, the "Grassroots Management Core Competence Training Camp" was officially opened in the robot factory. During President Dr. Jin Xinhai‘'s speech, he pointed out that after the strategy is determined, the organization is the deciding factor; after the organization is determined, the cadres are the deciding factor. The management ability of cadres is not only related to the achievement of the company's annual goals, but also to the realization of the company's long-term strategic goals. The opening of this grassroots management core competency training camp marks the official launch of the STEP leadership development program. In the future, a management cadre competency enhancement training camp will be held every quarter to allow more cadres to participate in the training and enhance their competency. He congratulated the cadres who got the cadetship in this period and hoped that they would continue to work hard and get improvement through learning. At the same time, he put forward clear requirements for the trainees: managers should firstly define their management boundary clearly, make their responsibilities clear, learn to evaluate themselves and their subordinates correctly through theoretical study and management practice, learn to use motivation methods, and then the team and business shall "earn more, share more". Mr. Jin expects the participants to learn efficiently, pay attention to the training process, cherish the training opportunity, improve their management ability and enhance their personal and team performance.

He said that the participants are the best in their respective business fields, but they may be "white" in management, and some of them were engaged in management, but they did not master the systematic and scientific management methods and systems.
He highlighted the importance of the new SITA leadership development program: in the future, only those who have received the certificate of completion for the management cadre of the new SITA Academy will be qualified to take up leadership positions. In the process of participating in the training, those who fail in the examination will make up the training at their own expense; those who have been appointed, the trial period will be extended; if they fail again in the make-up training, the cadre appointment will be cancelled.
