At the 2019 China International Industry Fair held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), STEP displayed intelligent drive and control products such as robots and servo drives and their comprehensive solutions. These projects are used in food, packaging, instrument optics, plastic hardware, auto parts , mobile phones and communication electronics, new energy and other fields have been widely used.

01 SCARA robot

EtherCat realizes gantry synchronization. Double gantry structure drive, linear motor high-speed and high-precision drive, used in testing, assembly, packaging, etc.

Parallel synchronization demo. The AMC1600E controller supports a variety of robot solutions, and the operation is simple and convenient. The open platform supports customer's own development, and can be applied to SCARA, DELTA, 2-axis planar parallel robots, etc.

GR robot high-speed handling workstation. The new-generation GR robot intuitively shows the high speed of the whole machine, and the comprehensive computing performance of the system has been increased by 5 times, which is suitable for scenarios such as light load and high-speed handling.

Two-machine lock-attached disassembly workstation. The blowing type feeding locking SCARA cooperates with the suction type disassembling SCARA to form a locking operation cycle. SCARA fully integrates the intelligent electric batch locking process; torque angle monitoring, locking result recording; floating lock, sliding tooth, chute troubleshooting, constant force pressing.

02 Six-axis robot

Robotic grinding workstation. Using a small six-axis robot, it has strong versatility and can be programmed offline using STEP simulation software. Choose from floating electric or pneumatic rotary tools, as well as floating reciprocating air tools, depending on grinding conditions. One-piece design, small footprint.

Robotic welding workstation. The advanced function package of robot arc welding solves welding difficulties, and has functions such as arc tracking, high-voltage positioning, dragging and teaching, and additional axis linkage.

03 Servo drive system

Single axis pulse Ωs-AP series. Servo motors cover power (0.1-7.5) kW and can drive linear motors.

Single axis bus Ωs-AN series. Servo motor covers power (0.1-7.5) kW, supports EtherCAT, CANOpen bus communication. Meet the high-precision interpolation control requirements of engraving machines, smooth and free of tool marks

Single axis bus Ωs-EN series. Servo motors cover power (0.2-22) kW, support EtherCAT, CANOpen bus communication, and meet flexible localization customization. 

Multi-axis bus Ωm-N1 series. Integrated drive unit (DC300V), rectifier unit and drive unit can be flexibly configured. Supports EtherCAT bus communication, supports industry mainstream controllers, and has good compatibility. Multi-axis single-chip control scheme, synchronous control performance increased by 60%.
