1. Eight-axis synchronous motion system
The eight-axis synchronous system is driven entirely by our next-generation Ω-series servo drives and the SC30 motion controller, which control three different types of motors—linear motors, rotary motors, and DD motors. At the same time, a wireless module enables real-time remote monitoring of operational data. A crucial aspect of this eight-axis synchronization is our controller, which continuously maintains synchronized motion and coordinated interpolation among all eight axes while performing various types of movements—for example, synchronous high-speed rotation. The implementation of this complete system demonstrates our ability to deliver a perfect integrated drive-and-control solution.
2. Ω Series Servo Drive Products
The Ω6 series servo system boasts powerful performance, with a current-loop update cycle of just 1 μs and a speed-loop bandwidth reaching up to 3.5 kHz. Its independently developed vibration suppression algorithm effectively eliminates vibrations within the frequency range of 0.5 Hz to 10 kHz. Thanks to a brand-new quadrant-compensation algorithm, circularity accuracy is improved by 85%. The system also features a completely new auto-tuning function, enabling plug-and-play operation and one-click parameter adjustment—saving up to 90% of the time required for servo commissioning compared to previous-generation products. This system has undergone more than 160 rigorous tests in HASS and HALT trials, demonstrating exceptional robustness and stability. Even under vibration conditions of 35 g, it continues to operate normally. Equipped with specialized brake modules, wireless debugging modules, and a black-box recording function, the system showcases numerous user-friendly design features.
3. SC30 Motion Controller
Smart Industry 4.0 controller—combining flexibility and ease of use with sharp power and performance, offering one-stop services to drive industrial upgrades.

4. Five-axis linkage demonstration platform
High-performance bus-based CNC system, supporting up to 12 axes. The minimum interpolation cycle is 25 microseconds, featuring dual channels and supporting five-axis simultaneous RTCP control. It allows for mixed use of bus-based and traditional pulse-based control methods and boasts a fully open system architecture. Applicable applications include CNC milling machines, drilling and tapping centers, and polishing machines.
5. Bus-based motion control platform
Powerful motion control processing capabilities, featuring pre-processing and planning for motion control trajectories, as well as motion functions such as spline interpolation. Applicable scenarios: lithium battery industry, packaging industry, printing industry, laptop production lines, liquid medicine filling lines, and more.
