On June 13, STEP announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai STEP Cable Technology Co., Ltd., plan to acquire 100% equity of Hangzhou Zhishan Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. using their own funds totaling 405 million yuan. Zhishan Intelligent Control is a company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of servo drives and other motion control system products, with its core business focused on motion control products and industrial robots.
