Having overcome three years of pandemic-related barriers, we’ve accumulated deep industry expertise and strength. From April 7 to 9, 2023, STEP made a powerful debut at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, meticulously preparing our exhibition space and presenting a rich array of products and end-to-end solutions. The event attracted a full house of distinguished guests—friends and colleagues from all over the world—who gathered in great numbers.
The information and brochures at the front desk are in high demand. To address the key challenges facing the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry, visitors came with specific questions in mind. The enthusiastic staff from STEP made every effort to ensure that each visitor leaving the booth went home fully satisfied and well-informed.

On April 8, STEP specially organized a visit for its customers to the company’s mysterious factory, allowing them to get up close and personal with STEP diverse product lineup: How do the AS720D, AS530S, AS170PLUS, and M210 come off the fully automated production line? What kind of rigorous processes do these products undergo during design, molding, manufacturing, and inspection? Customers came with questions—and left feeling thoroughly satisfied.
