Automotive parts production line
The automotive parts assembly line primarily refers to the assembly lines for all third-level assemblies and lower-level components of automobiles.
The reverse osmosis host machine is designed for the water purification industry. This production line features AGV-based automatic loading and unloading, robot-assisted vision systems, and a precision floating multi-functional gripper to achieve automated assembly. It can accommodate multi-specification production on the same line.
Smart toilet assembly production line
The smart toilet assembly line consists of a fully automated robotic feeding system, a turning machine, leak-testing equipment, complete-machine testing, baseplate assembly, and robotic palletizing for finished-product dispatch. The line can produce 10 different series of toilets, achieving an annual output capacity of 300,000 units.
Office cabinet automatic assembly line
The automated production line for office wooden cabinets features an entire line equipped with eight STEP robots plus vision technology to enable automatic loading and unloading. Additionally, eight three-axis gantry robots perform mechanical functions. Leveraging automatic tightening and automatic press-fitting technologies, combined with PLC-based logic control, the entire production line achieves its intended functionality.
G9000 Controller Assembly and Testing Line
The G9000 controller assembly line is an intelligent production system composed of collaborative robotic flexible assembly, precision floating multi-functional grippers, an automated logistics delivery system (AGV), fully automated production management, data acquisition, and a visualized kanban system.
Integrated Drive and Control Machine Testing Packaging Line
The integrated drive-and-control machine packaging testing line consists of an automated testing machine, a flexible robot, an automatic unpacking machine, an automatic packing machine, and an automatic palletizing machine, forming an intelligent packaging and testing production line.
Integrated Drive-and-Control Smart Assembly Line
The integrated drive-and-control assembly line features collaborative robotic flexible assembly, precise and smooth assembly of multi-pin connectors between boards, automated probe connections for switching among multiple model types during testing, an automated logistics delivery system (AGV), as well as a fully automated production management, data collection, and visual dashboard system—enabling intelligent and data-driven assembly processes.
SM-11SF/A Elevator Early Door Opening Panel
Dedicated circuit design. To ensure safe elevator operation during early door opening and re-leveling after door opening, safety relays are employed. Different metal materials are used for each set of contacts to prevent sticking. Modular design ensures compatibility with standard production processes and reduces the likelihood of wiring errors. Standard guide rail slot and bottom housing facilitate easy installation of the control cabinet.
