DJ1600V4 Five-Axis Dispensing System
The five-axis coordinated dispensing system, model DJ1600V4 (five-axis coordination), is a 2–5‑axis dispensing control system that adds five-axis coordination functionality in Cartesian coordinates to the standard dispensing system (while remaining compatible with four-axis coordination). It consists of the TV5600+ offline motion control card based on the OMCV13 system (AMC1600P), with the two components connected via Modbus serial communication. The TV5600 handles the human–machine interface, while the offline motion control card manages motion control and I/O operations, forming a modular, fully three-dimensional, high-precision dedicated motion control system.
2-6 Axis Dispensing Control System
The 2–6 axis dispensing control system consists of the TV5600 handheld console and an offline motion control card based on the OMCV13 system (OMC8849/OMC1600). The two components are connected via Modbus serial communication.
