CNC9650 Five-Axis CNC System

The CNC9650 five-axis CNC system is a dedicated CNC system developed based on an FPGA+ARM platform. It uses international standard G-code programming for control and supports machining programs generated by third-party CAM software such as MASTERCAM, UG, Wentai, and TYPE3. The system employs a velocity lookahead algorithm to optimize machining speed, supports common CAM graphic operations, simplifies system programming, comes with initial, universally configured factory settings, streamlines debugging procedures, and features a specialized input/output board that reduces wiring in the electrical cabinet, thereby lowering costs for machine tool manufacturers.

Fully optocoupler-isolated, it features strong anti-interference capability, ensuring stable and reliable machining performance.

NCT CNC Punch Press Control System

The NCT-02/03/04 two-axis/three-axis/four-axis CNC punch press control system employs two-axis pulse control, with a maximum frequency of 5 MHz. The minimum control resolution is 1 μm. It supports Class B macro programs, allows for secondary development, features an automatically adapted interface, and enables custom definition of function commands.
