    The SmartX1.0 contactless intelligent elevator control cabinet incorporates industry-leading technologies such as STO (Safe Torque Off), electronic star-delta switching, safe brake control, and integrated EMC solutions, addressing key pain points for users including noise, low-voltage electrical failures, large control cabinet size, and the need for external EMC components.

    Contactless design

    1. STO Safe Torque Off
    Real-time monitoring of motor torque, with an anomaly response and power output cutoff within 0.1 seconds, achieving a Safety Integrity Level of SIL3 (the highest level for elevator applications).
    2. Electronic sealing technology
    Electrical braking is achieved through the built-in circuit of the inverter, eliminating the need for external contactor components.
    3. Dual safety relay
    Redundant design ensures the reliability of brake control and self-diagnosis for faults, enabling contactless brake control.

    Low-noise design
    The operating noise is as low as below 50 dB, creating a quiet and comfortable elevator ride for passengers—just like being in a serene library, allowing you to enjoy every peaceful journey.

     

    Integrated design
    The deeply integrated, fused design significantly reduces the size of the control cabinet—its volume is 50% smaller than that of comparable products on the market.

     

    Integrated EMC Design

    Thanks to innovative technological breakthroughs, SmartX 1.0 features integrated EMC capabilities within the inverter itself, enabling it to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements (GB/T 7588.1) without the need to add extra EMC components.
