Xinshida SC30B5 Motion Control Solution Adopting an 8-axis, 4-channel CNC motion control architecture, this solution streamlines system design, significantly reducing hardware redundancy and wiring complexity, thereby helping equipment manufacturers substantially lower overall costs. Moreover, this solution enables simultaneous, high-precision machining across four workstations, with a single production cycle lasting only 8 seconds per batch (each batch containing 4 insulated cups). Electronic gear synchronization + adaptive compensation for high-precision locking

Due to mechanical transmission backlash and servo response lag, conventional equipment results in batch-to-batch product diameter tolerances for the necking section exceeding ±0.05 mm. By employing electronic gear synchronization technology, dynamic coupling is achieved between the X/Z-axis servo motors and the spindle motor, thereby eliminating cumulative errors in the mechanical transmission chain. Precise control of the roller feed trajectory is realized through G-code programming, ensuring consistent taper slopes.

· High-precision gap compensation

· Speed-feed linkage adjustment

The inverter enables closed-loop coordinated control of the spindle speed (500–3000 rpm) and the roller feed rate (0.1–100 mm/s). It supports smooth speed transitions, preventing material deformation caused by sudden changes in speed, and is suitable for processing various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys.
