1. A home appliance company in Qingdao

The air-conditioner outdoor unit production line of a leading home appliance brand in Qingdao urgently needs an intelligent upgrade due to aging equipment and the advancement of a global strategy aimed at transforming into a digital factory.

The stamping process for air-conditioner panel components involves multiple steps. Previously, this was accomplished using several separate stamping presses for individual components. After completing the stamping operation in one step, operators had to remove the component and place it into the next press for further processing. This method was cumbersome, involved high labor intensity, and resulted in low processing efficiency.

Compared to the original manual operation mode, the new production line has achieved an astonishing 50% increase in automation efficiency. Now, this production line can produce finished products at a rate of one piece every 10 seconds, significantly boosting both production efficiency and capacity.

 

2. A certain automobile enterprise in Guangdong

At a vehicle manufacturer in Guangdong, the stamping line for chassis components is now in production, featuring approximately 100 new Shitida SR20/1700 robots. The photo shows the SR20/1700 robot stamping line along with the on-site monitoring large-screen display.

 

3. An electronics factory in Suzhou

At an electronics factory in Suzhou, the laptop casing stamping line—comprising two production lines—has deployed a total of 38 Xinsida SR20/1700 robots. On each production line, the fastest cycle time for producing one product is just 8 seconds.
