In traditional pharmaceutical manufacturing, mixers typically rely on gear reducers for drive, which suffer from issues such as high energy consumption and short service life. As a new type of mixing equipment, the permanent-magnet direct-drive mixer largely addresses these problems. Unlike conventional motors that transmit power through gear reducers, the permanent-magnet motor directly drives the搅拌 shaft, eliminating the need for intermediate transmission components, reducing mechanical losses, and improving transmission efficiency. Based on the interaction of magnetic fields, the rotational speed can be precisely controlled by adjusting the current, thereby enabling accurate regulation of both the mixing speed and mixing intensity.
