This video primarily introduces and demonstrates the operation of the Tool statement for New Times multi-joint (six-axis) robots. During operation, after loading or replacing a tool, the robot uses the To01 statement to switch tools, specifying the position and orientation of the tool’s end-effector relative to the flange. This information is then incorporated into subsequent motion statements, enabling the robot’s trajectory to follow the path defined by the newly loaded or replaced tool’s end-effector.
