From December 19 to 21, 2024, the annual highlight of the robotics industry—the 11th Gaogong Robotics Annual Conference and the Gaogong Golden Globe Awards Ceremony—was held with great success in Shenzhen.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, Liang Rui, President of STEP and General Manager of the Robotics Division, delivered a keynote speech titled “‘Robotics Control+’ Drives Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Industries.” He introduced STEP core product philosophy of “Robotics Control+,” explained the strategic approach centered on motion control, industrial robots, and digital intelligent software, and highlighted how this approach, combined with scenario-specific applications, can expand the brand’s boundaries and ultimately achieve extensive interconnectivity within the industrial ecosystem.

The “Robot Control+” concept of STEP is built on an all-in-one control kernel. Leveraging advanced trajectory planning algorithms, it delivers robot bodies that feature high speed, high precision, and exceptional stability. By capitalizing on its independently controllable advantages, the platform enables rapid deployment and customization of industry-specific process software functionalities. We continuously expand device compatibility and ease of use, harnessing sensing technologies such as lasers and vision systems to meet the demand for flexible manufacturing applications that require no teach-pendant programming. Through a distributed control architecture, we enhance system integration and enable one-stop workstation commissioning.
