The new-generation Yunxia series high-speed SCARA robot from STEP Zhongweixing makes a stunning debut! Staying closely aligned with market trends, Zhongweixing’s new-generation Yunxia high-speed SCARA features an advanced modular integrated design, delivering a significant boost in cycle time. Its standard cycle time is just 0.24 seconds, placing it among the fastest SCARA robots in the industry. This model is ideally suited for high-cycle-process applications in fields such as lithium-ion batteries, photovoltaics, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals.

 

 

Full-Scenario Solution Showcase

STEP Zhongweixing will showcase a multi-scenario demonstration platform for four-axis SCARA robots—covering material handling, dynamic following and gripping, high-speed fly-capture gripping, and heavy-load transportation—specifically tailored for lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes at this year’s International CIBF Battery Exhibition. Attendees will be able to directly experience the advanced advantages of high-quality, domestically produced SCARA products.

STEP Zhongweixing’s independently developed six-axis multi-joint robots and four-axis SCARA series industrial robots can perform highly efficient handling operations with precision in various process stages of lithium-ion battery manufacturing, including cell stacking, assembly, electrolyte injection, nail insertion and removal, chemical capacity grading, and module-level inspection. These robots provide more efficient and cost-effective robotic solutions for intelligent manufacturing across all scenarios and throughout the entire lithium-ion battery production process, helping users significantly enhance production efficiency and product quality.
