STEP Digital Elevator Mini-Program (5): Intelligent Debugging Function

In the last episode, we introduced the operator for debugging functions, the parameter library, and the fast/slow train guidance debugging. Today, let’s talk about the incredibly powerful intelligent debugging!

Innovative split-screen display: Edit and monitor simultaneously.

The biggest innovation of intelligent debugging lies in its use of split-screen display. The upper half of the screen is dedicated to status monitoring, while the lower half is reserved for parameter settings—allowing you to seamlessly handle both debugging configurations and real-time monitoring!

Second, in the parameter-setting area, we’ve meticulously categorized the numerous debugging parameters. Parameters of the same type or closely related to each other have been grouped together in a well-organized manner. As a result, it’s much easier for everyone to view and set these parameters when using the system!

Smart Debugging Hands-on Demonstration

Now, let me share a few “examples” to give you a sense of just how different smart debugging really is.

• Smart sorting for floor display

With intelligent debugging, floor settings become simple and quick. When you modify the display of any floor, the system automatically reorders the subsequent floors according to the new sequence—no need to manually adjust each floor one by one.

• Service floor aggregation management

In the old service layer settings, each parameter was set independently, making the configuration process quite cumbersome and prone to accidental misoperations. It also required frequent page switches for confirmation. In the new intelligent debugging feature, all parameters can be configured on a single page, providing a clear and straightforward interface that makes setup a breeze.

• Display settings and results in the same frame in real time

In the old I/O debugging mode, you couldn't set parameters while checking the status, and when setting parameters, you couldn't observe the real-time status either. The smart debugging feature solves this problem by allowing you to view and set parameters simultaneously—while monitoring the current status, you can adjust settings at the same time. What you see is exactly what you get, greatly boosting efficiency!

• Supports flat-level unified adjustment / hierarchical adjustment

Smart debugging also divides floor-level adjustments into overall floor-level adjustment and fine-tuning of individual floors. Overall floor-level adjustment involves adjusting all floors simultaneously; if you’d like to adjust a specific floor individually, you can use the fine-tuning feature for that particular floor. The operation process for floor-level settings is extremely clear and straightforward, with step-by-step instructions guiding you through each step—so even beginners can easily get started!

So, isn’t smart debugging absolutely amazing? The above is just an introduction to some of the features in smart debugging—there are many more exciting features waiting for you to discover!
