STEP holds emergency rescue training to enhance employees’ first-aid skills.

To effectively enhance employees’ self-rescue and mutual-rescue capabilities in emergency situations, strengthen their awareness of emergency first aid, and meet the requirements for safe operations on-site, On May 18, STEP specially invited experts from the Red Cross to deliver a vivid emergency rescue training session for its employees. 。
During the theoretical lecture session, Red Cross experts provided clear and concise explanations on various topics, including an introduction to first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway obstruction by foreign objects, and trauma first aid theory.
To help employees better master first-aid skills, the training included hands-on practice sessions. Following video demonstrations and on-site professional guidance, employees practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation and wound-care bandaging one by one.
After practical exercises and on-site assessments, all employees who participated in the training successfully passed the exam and obtained the Red Cross First-Aid Certificate (Level 1). This not only recognizes their learning achievements but also serves as a guarantee that they’ll be able to help themselves and others in emergency situations in the future.
STEP will continue to hold similar training activities to safeguard the safety and well-being of its employees.
