The production line includes an automated three-dimensional storage system, automated head cutting and tube assembly welding stations, cylindrical body alignment stations, cylindrical body circumferential seam welding stations, as well as a head conveying system and an RGV parent-child logistics transport vehicle system.

This production line is primarily used for manufacturing steam boiler heads and for joining head components with the furnace body. The production line includes an automated three-dimensional storage system, automated head cutting and tube assembly welding stations, cylindrical shell alignment stations, cylindrical shell circumferential seam welding stations, as well as a head conveying system and an RGV parent-child logistics transport vehicle system. It enables the concurrent production of six different product models, ranging in weight from 2 to 15 tons.
