By combining partially manual feeding assistance with automated welding robot-based seam welding, and integrating it with non-standard equipment such as tooling fixtures and positioners, we have developed a semi-automatic welding production line capable of handling four types of hydraulic oil tanks and ten models of feeding carts. This solution addresses the customer’s needs to increase production capacity and improve welding quality.
