The heavy-duty inverter series, ranging from 5.5 kW to 75 kW, fully covers the application requirements for escalators. High power density and smaller size—this new generation of escalator inverters boasts a 40% increase in power density compared to the previous STEP model. Slim design with a slender profile, perfectly suited to the space constraints of escalator machine rooms. Supports an operating temperature of up to 50ºC without derating, fully accounting for the harsh environmental conditions typical of escalator applications.

    Product Features

The heavy-duty inverter series ranging from 5.5 kW to 75 kW fully covers the application requirements for escalators.
High power density and smaller size—this elevator VFD boasts a 40% higher power density compared to the previous-generation STEP model.
Slim design, with a slender profile, tailored to meet the size constraints of escalator machine rooms.
Supports an operating temperature of 50ºC without derating, fully taking into account the application environment of escalators.
Built-in detection of power grid phase failure and power grid phase sequence.
Simultaneously monitor the voltage phase sequence on both the grid side and the motor side to enable smooth switching between variable-frequency and fixed-frequency operation.
High-performance VF algorithm to enhance the starting torque performance of escalators at zero speed under full load.
The entire series features built-in EMC components, meeting the requirements of EN12015 and EN12016.
The entire series features a built-in braking unit.
The high-end operator comes with a built-in clock that can record 1,000 fault messages and store waveform curves at the time of a fault.
