1.1 Rated Voltage: Main control conductor core 300/500V; pair unit 300/300V.

1.3 Maximum Elevator Speed: For TVVB/WDZ-TYYB types, not exceeding 1.6 m/s; TVVBG/ WDZ-TYYBG The class shall not exceed 3.5 m/s; THVVBG/WDZ-THYYBG shall not exceed 6.3 m/s.
1.4 Suspension Length: The free suspension length for installed trailing cables shall not exceed 35 m for TVVB/WDZ-TYYB type, 80 m for TVVBG/WDZ-TVVBG type, and 150 m for THVVBG/WDZ-THYYBG type.
1.5 Bending radius:
—— The fixed installation section shall be no less than five times the actual short diameter H (short side dimension) of the cable.
—— The accompanying section shall be no less than 25 times the short diameter H of the cable (with free suspension taken as the reference, ensuring that the cable lies flat on both sides).
1.6 Cable Installation:
For cable assemblies without tension-bearing components, the cables should be securely clamped and installed using fixed clamps. For cable assemblies with tension-bearing components, first remove the tension-bearing components and then install them using dedicated lifting tools.

3.1 Main Control Core
3.1.1 Conductor Type: Complies with GB/T 3956-2008/IEC 60228:2004 and JB/T 8734.6-2016 The 5th type of bare copper circular soft conductor.
3.1.2 Insulation Requirements: TVVB/TVVBG/THVVBG shall use PVC/D-type 70℃ insulation material conforming to GB/T 5023.1-2008/IEC 60227-1:2007.
The WDZ series shall comply with the WDZ-Y-J70 insulation material specified in GB/T 32129-2015.

3.2 External Sheath Requirements: TVVB/TVVBG/THVVBG shall comply with the PVC/ST5 type 70℃ gray material specified in GB/T 5023.1-2008/IEC 60227-1:2007.
The WDZ series shall comply with the WDZ-Y-H70 black material specified in GB/T 32129-2015.
3.3 Line Pair Unit (Optional)
2×0.75 twisted pair; 2P×0.75 copper-screened twisted pair; 2P3×0.75 aluminum-plastic shielded twisted pair. It is recommended that the cable length does not exceed 100 meters. If the length exceeds this limit, it is advisable to consult a network engineer—for example, by adding signal repeaters (amplifiers) at both ends of the cable to enhance the received and transmitted signals.
3.4 Coaxial Unit (Optional)
For 75Ω coaxial RF cables, it is recommended to keep the cable length under 100 meters. If the cable length exceeds this limit, we recommend consulting a network engineer—for example, by adding signal repeaters (amplifiers) at both ends of the cable to enhance reception and transmission.

3.5 Network Cable Unit (Optional)
For UTP-5e, SFTP-5e, UTP-6, SFTP-6, and SF/FTP-7 network cables, it is recommended that the cable length does not exceed 90 meters. If the cable length exceeds this limit, we recommend consulting a network engineer—for example, by adding signal repeaters (amplifiers) at both ends of the cable to enhance the received and transmitted signals.
3.6 Optical Cable Unit (Optional)
