Main features
Ambient temperature: 0℃ to 40℃ (for fixed installation). During a short circuit (within 5 seconds), the maximum conductor temperature shall not exceed 70℃ for BV-type cables and 90℃ for BV-90-type cables.
Bending radius: When the cable outer diameter (D) is less than or equal to 16 mm, the bending radius should be no less than 4D; when the diameter exceeds 16 mm, the bending radius should be no less than 6D.
Material requirements: The conductor shall be annealed copper wire (bare copper) without metal plating, conforming to GB/T 3956-2008/IEC 60228:2004. The insulation shall comply with GB/T 5023.1-2008/IEC 60227-1:1997, specifically PVC/C type (BV class) and PVC/E type (BV-90 class).
