This product is suitable for photovoltaic systems and is designed for use under Class II safety ratings. The cable can operate in ambient temperatures up to 90℃, with conductor operating temperatures not exceeding 120℃. Multiple cables can be used in parallel.
Use
This product is suitable for photovoltaic systems and is designed for use under Class II safety ratings. The cable can operate in ambient temperatures up to 90℃, with conductor operating temperatures not exceeding 120℃. Multiple cables can be used in parallel.
Installation Instructions
This product should be connected using the specified, appropriate terminals.
This product is suitable for fixed installations, interconnection of modules within photovoltaic strings, and string-level combiner boxes, among other applications.
If this product needs to be buried underground or exposed to sunlight, it should undergo protective treatment, such as being routed through conduit. When using metal conduits and there is only a single-core cable, the metal conduit must be non-magnetic.Main features
Ambient temperature: -40℃ to 120℃ (mobile or stationary).
Bending radius: Not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.
The conductor uses a No. 5 tinned copper soft conductor, while the insulation and jacket are made of 125℃ halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin material that has been cross-linked via irradiation by a high-energy electron accelerator. The finished cable exhibits excellent resistance to weathering, ultraviolet light, and ozone erosion, and can withstand a wider range of temperature variations (-40℃ to 120℃).Structural Diagram
