    Installation Instructions

     

    This product should be connected using suitable terminals designated for aluminum conductors.
    This product is suitable for fixed installations, interconnection of modules within photovoltaic strings, and string combiner boxes, among other applications.
    If this product is to be buried underground or exposed to sunlight, it should be installed using conduit. When using metal conduits and there is only a single-core cable, the metal conduit must be non-magnetic.

     

    Main features

     

    Ambient temperature: -40℃ to 120℃ (mobile or stationary); during a short circuit (within 5 seconds), the maximum temperature shall not exceed 120℃.
    Bending radius: Not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.
    The conductor uses Class 5 round aluminum alloy soft conductor, while the insulation and jacket are made of 125℃ halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin material. The finished cable exhibits excellent resistance to weathering, ultraviolet radiation, and ozone erosion, and is suitable for a wider range of temperature variations (-40℃ to 120℃).
