The Jiading General Trade Union visited and met with the National Model Workers of STEP.

As the Spring Festival of 2022 approaches, on the morning of January 26, Hu Sufeng, a third-level researcher at the Jiading District Federation of Trade Unions in Shanghai and secretary of the Party branch of the district’s administrative organs, Wei Hong, chairman of the Nanxiang Town Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhang Fangming, director of the Employee Service Center of the Jiading District Federation of Trade Unions, along with a delegation, visited STEP to meet with Wang Chunxiang, a National Model Worker and recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal.
During the visit, Hu Sufeng highly praised Wang Chunxiang’s outstanding contributions to technological research and development, and expressed his hope that Wang would continue his efforts with renewed vigor, fully leveraging the exemplary and leading role of the “Wang Chunxiang Model Worker Innovation Studio,” deeply tapping into the team’s innovative capabilities, continuously strengthening its core competitiveness, and thereby contributing to high-quality economic and social development. Hu Sufeng also encouraged STEP to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of its employees, place great emphasis on enhancing their skills, cultivate more model workers and skilled artisans, and inject fresh vitality into enterprise innovation, thus making even greater contributions to Jiading’s economic development.
