3 Quality Courses, Supporting Intensive Training to Promote Growth
To help the new generation of employees grow rapidly, STEP Academy has optimized its previous training model and introduced a three-week “intensive training period” program. More than 30 outstanding executives, business leaders, and technical experts—selected from across the company—have been appointed as intensive-training instructors and have developed high-quality courses to deliver instruction. The training content covers not only job-specific knowledge in areas such as culture, strategy, marketing, technology, processes, and products, but also professional competencies, the spirit of craftsmanship, and practical skills and behavioral habits. The training approach adopts a tiered, step-by-step methodology—from basic to advanced—and includes activity-based components such as site visits, hands-on practice, and collaborative project development.

4. Cultural expansion, accelerating integration
During the training period, cultural enrichment activities were also arranged, including a “Happy Team-Building Day.” Through five team games—such as “Paper Airplanes,” “Life Is Like a Play,” and “Soccer”—not only did the training gain new vitality, but participants also came to appreciate the importance of “teamwork.”

Before the event concluded, the company quietly extended birthday wishes to the two trainees whose birthdays fell this month. Everyone gathered around the prepared birthday cake and sang “Happy Birthday” together, bringing the atmosphere at the scene to a climax.

During the training, to enhance the trainees’ practical skills in technology application and their team’s capacity for scientific research and innovation, the training program also organized a “Professional Skills Challenge.” Each group, leveraging its own specialized expertise and unique strengths, selected corresponding topics and developed comprehensive solutions. Ultimately, after expert review and a defense session, the project proposal titled “Design of a Defect Detection System Based on Machine Vision” stood out as the winner.
This challenge holds great significance for the participants, not only helping them develop new ideas for application but also enabling them to gain valuable experience in their professional skills. Chen Wei, Director of the Enterprise Technology Center, commented: “Everyone has performed exceptionally well, diligently completing the task even without prior practical experience. I hope that in your future work, you’ll continue to uphold this spirit of exploration and collaboration.”

Currently, the first-phase training camp has come to an end, but... "Rising Star" The plan is still in full swing—stay tuned for even more exciting content!
