Deepen Cooperation with Overseas Customers | STEP Visits KLEEMANN, a Renowned European Elevator Company

To put into practice STEP core value of “customer-first” and truly understand customers’ product needs and feedback. On September 2, Chen Huafeng, Vice President of STEP and General Manager of the Electrical Control Systems Division, along with Wang Gaojian, General Manager of the Overseas Business Department, and a group of relevant business leaders, paid a visit to KLEEMANN Elevator (China) Co., Ltd., located in Kunshan City.
KLEEMANN is an elevator company founded in Greece in 1983 and renowned throughout Europe. This visit is to KLEEMANN’s China branch, a key client with whom the Overseas Business Department of STEP has maintained a long-standing partnership.
Over the past decade of collaboration, STEP has established a strong partnership with KLEEMANN, and its products have earned the trust and recognition of customers. KLEEMANN’s elevator sales have been steadily increasing year after year, and elevators equipped with the STEPeng elevator control system can now be found throughout markets in Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. During this visit, Vice President Chen Huafeng provided detailed answers to all the questions raised by the customer and instructed the directly responsible personnel to do their utmost to meet customer needs by optimizing the supply chain and improving internal efficiency. Wang Gaojian and the customer representatives also engaged in active discussions and exchanges regarding future new cooperation projects. Both sides expressed their commitment to further strengthening their collaboration for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
