HX8849V1 (Four-Axis) Soldering Control System


Precise tin delivery—solder follows the “shape” as it moves.

 

The multi-axis robotic arm, working in coordination with the HX8849, delivers precise solder feeding and stable speed, achieving ideal welding results and significantly improving work efficiency. It is widely used in industries such as 3C, automotive electronics, solar photovoltaics, and LED.

 


 

1. Equipped with an A9 dual-core processor and featuring Zhongweixing’s advanced motion control algorithm.


◆ The HX8849V1 controller features high operational efficiency and stability, ensuring precise and controllable solder feeding during welding. The solder melts quickly and reaches the soldering point location efficiently, thereby enhancing operational performance.


◆ S-curve and T-shaped acceleration/deceleration modes, with independently adjustable acceleration and deceleration rates; a 5K speed refresh rate delivers improved mechanical response performance and reduced noise.


2. Supports up to 4 soldering guns welding simultaneously.


Supports four-axis interpolation soldering, three-axis dual-station fully automatic alternating operation. It can use Modbus communication to control the solder-feeding axis for solder delivery and can be expanded to accommodate up to four soldering guns operating simultaneously. Maximum 18 output channels and maximum 34 input channels.

 


 

3. Rich processing instructions—spot welding and seam welding at your fingertips!


Supports a wide range of processing instructions, including spot welding, linear drag welding, arc drag welding, full-circle drag welding, and file calls.

 

 

Users can adjust process parameters according to different welding torch models, power levels, and requirements for pads, among other factors.

 


 

4. Custom settings for reset, cleaning, and other operations


Users can customize action instructions for reset, stop, standby, cleaning, and other operations to meet a wider range of personalized customer needs.

 


 

5. The controller features multiple sets of soldering condition memory, allowing you to configure settings according to different types of solder joints.


Large storage capacity—can store 1,000 processing files, with each file capable of storing up to 10,000 processing instructions, and supports up to 30 sets of process parameters.
