STEP Notice of Delayed Resumption of Work

Dear STEP customers and partners:
According to the "Notice Issued by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Delaying the Resumption of Work for Enterprises and the Start of School in Shanghai," all types of enterprises within the Shanghai area shall not resume work before 24:00 on February 9.
The STEP Group and its Shanghai subsidiary will resume normal working hours on Monday, February 10. Prior to this date, STEP management and service teams have been working remotely online from home. They will continue to respond to customer needs and provide timely services via WeChat, phone calls, video conferencing, and email.
