As an essential monitoring device for elevators, the Xingchen IoT data acquisition terminal provides various user roles with rich elevator operation data. It can promptly detect faults and proactively issue alerts, thereby ensuring the safe operation of elevators. The STEPeng 2G version of the Xingchen e-box ESDT200 series has already gained widespread adoption. Its built-in lithium battery, plug-and-play design that simplifies installation and commissioning, and its stable and reliable performance have earned high praise from users.
Given the issue of poor GPRS signal coverage in certain application scenarios, and in order to better meet the usage needs of overseas countries and regions and further enhance our Xingchen eBox product line, we are introducing the ESDT400—a 4G full-network-compatible pure data collection terminal. The ESDT400 inherits the advantages of the ESDT200; its installation and usage methods remain consistent with those of the ESDT200, while it has been upgraded to feature a 4G full-network-compatible module.
Features of the Xingchen eBox ESDT400 Terminal
Implement the function of collecting elevator operation data.
Supports a wide voltage range of DC 9V–30V.
One CAN interface, one RS485 interface, one RS232 interface, and two dry contact signal inputs.
The device features rich operational status indicators, which can show network signal quality, the connection and interaction status with the server, as well as the connection and interaction status with the elevator mainboard.
Equipped with a built-in lithium battery and charge/discharge management module, it eliminates the need for an additional backup power supply and supports power-loss detection, meeting the relevant requirements of GB/T 24476-2017.
Comes standard with a complete plug-in wiring harness—no additional wiring required on-site; simply plug it in and use it right away.
Supports standard DIN rail mounting within elevator control cabinets, and is also compatible with screw-fixing installation methods.
Supports remote updates for terminal programs.
Supports terminal-to-motherboard protocol and customized terminal-to-platform protocol.
4G all-network module, backward compatible with 3G and 2G network standards, and supports services from China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, as well as local operators overseas.
