The new platform integrates and optimizes the maintenance management module: it introduces location-based services, adds a maintenance module for the mobile app client, reorganizes business processes, simplifies operational procedures, and assists maintenance personnel in their daily tasks, truly achieving the digitalization and informatization of maintenance documents. 2. Maintenance Work Order
In the maintenance work order module, users can view a list of all maintenance work orders. The platform automatically updates and displays the status icon and color for each maintenance task based on its execution status, enabling users to promptly track and understand the progress of each project.

3. Maintenance Plan
The “New Maintenance Plan” feature has also become more convenient—simply select the date and elevator, and the platform will automatically generate a maintenance plan based on the elevator’s maintenance cycle. Whenever a maintenance task is completed, the platform will automatically create the next maintenance plan according to the previously set maintenance cycle, ensuring that users won’t overlook creating a new plan due to forgetfulness.

After the maintenance plan is successfully created, the relevant documents will be automatically sent to the maintenance personnel’s mobile app, where they’ll appear in the maintenance work order plan list.

4. Maintenance Operation Procedure
The platform also provides functions such as security protection confirmation, selection of maintenance types, and on-site check-in. The maintenance operation process can only be initiated after these steps have been completed.

When performing maintenance check-in, the platform will verify both the maintenance personnel and the elevator’s location. Only if the maintenance worker is within a 500-meter radius can they complete the check-in procedure; otherwise, the check-in will fail. This approach further ensures compliance with maintenance procedures and facilitates effective attendance management of on-site personnel.

6. Maintenance and upkeep operations
The mobile app already includes the latest maintenance and inspection requirements and automatically displays the relevant work items based on the elevator type and maintenance category. Maintenance personnel simply need to check off these items. (Subsequently, confirmation of the corresponding maintenance content will be linked to elevator signals obtained via the Internet of Things. If no changes are detected in the relevant signals during the maintenance process, the corresponding maintenance items cannot be checked off.)

The mobile app also provides electronic signatures for maintenance personnel, as well as electronic signatures and evaluations from the using unit. Relevant on-site photos can only be uploaded via real-time photography, thereby ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the data recorded on the platform.

Once all business processes are completed, maintenance technicians can perform the completion operation on their mobile devices. The platform will automatically update the status of the maintenance work order, enabling internal management personnel to promptly track and stay informed about the progress of on-site maintenance activities.
