Zhongweixing Releases: Integrated Drive-and-Control QC410 Controller and GR Series SCARA Robots

From April 9 to 11, the 7th China Electronic Information Expo (CITE 2019) was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. At this year’s expo, Shenzhen STEP Member unveiled the QC410 controller—based on next-generation integrated drive-and-control technology—and the GR-series SCARA robots.

Flexible and nimble—“small frame”

Precision work in confined spaces
Can't tolerate even an extra 1 cm.
QC410 challenges the limits of hardware size reduction.
Larger than the previous generation Reduce 27%
It’s only as tall as a smartphone.
Weight follows accordingly. Reduce 43%, however
Comprehensive computing performance Improve 5 times
Supports EtherCAT bus extension and PC-based host computer control.

Steady stop, quick—“soft power”

High-precision short cycle time
Deep integration of drive and control relies on software.
QC410 Estimated State Changes in the Servo Drive Layer
Develop the most suitable exercise plan.
Achieve "smoothness in both speed and slowness."
More capable of real-time adjustment of servo gains.
Achieve "faster servo response, better tracking performance, and shorter stabilization time."

The “strongest CP” paired with the main character

QC410 paired with Zhongweixing’s GR series SCARA.
The test shows
Compared to the previous generation, with the same spot position and peak current.
Both the beat and the steady stop time are significant. Shorten
During robot operation
The current glitches are also obvious. Reduce
This means
The robot's service life will be effective. Extend

User-friendly interface—“Understand Me”

A disruptive design for the all-new human-machine interface AR Studio.
Easier operation, enhancing the interactive experience.
In summary, there are “three increases.”
New addition The Windows system is running, and the teach pendant says goodbye.
New addition Auxiliary features such as motion instruction association, single-step debugging, and syntax checking.
New addition Offline simulation—allows you to simulate the robot’s actual motion even without hardware.
