Friends Come from Afar | Follow-up Report on the China International Elevator Exhibition

From May 8 to 11, the 2018 China International Elevator Exhibition, held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center, brought together professionals from the global elevator industry. Attendees were on the lookout for the industry’s latest products and trends.
The STEP booth was bustling with visitors, as new and old friends gathered to exchange ideas. The STEP team members were enthusiastic and fully engaged. It’s truly a delight when friends come from afar!
Former Chairman Ji Defa and President Cai Liang of STEP warmly welcomed leaders and friends from various sectors, including Li Shoulin, Chairman of the China Elevator Association, and Wang Youlin, Chairman of Kangli Elevator.
Leaders including Yuan Zhongmin, Vice Chairman of STEP; Hu Zhitao, Vice President; and Wang Peng, Vice President/General Manager of the Electrical Division, enthusiastically took to the scene to welcome visitors and friends who came to our booth.
General Manager Wang Gaojian of Yixin International led his team in warmly welcoming international friends.

Full of energy and passion—football friendly match in action!
On the evening of the 9th, STEP invited some participating customers to a friendly soccer match held in Jiading, Shanghai. The home team, the Shanghai Blue Team, was led by players from STEP Electric. The visiting team, the Red Team, was composed of customers from Guangdong, including Suzuki General Manager Cai Xiuwen, Singreen General Manager Yang Guotian, Doppler General Manager Gong Qinghua, as well as players from companies such as Henke, Dechi, and Hyundai.
After a fiercely contested match, the game ended with a score of 3-6, with the Red Team securing a convincing victory by a three-goal margin. Cai Xiuwen, General Manager of Guangdong Suzuki, was awarded the Golden Ball for his outstanding performance, and the trophy was presented to him by Wang Peng, General Manager of STEP Electric. Friendship comes first, competition second—after the match, players from both teams eagerly took photos together as souvenirs.
