For the first time, the report of the 19th National Congress proposed building a modern economic system and called for focusing on the real economy as the key to economic development. The real economy is the primary battleground for innovation. Under the guidance of an innovation-driven development strategy, a large number of smart manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai are undergoing transformation from traditional manufacturing industries. In the first three quarters of this year, the output value of smart manufacturing reached nearly 16 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of nearly 40%.
