The General Administration has issued a document to address elevator safety hazards, and the Elevator Cloud Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Reports provide valuable support.

Recently, the General Administration issued a document launching an inspection and remediation campaign to address potential hazards in elevator accidents (Guoshi Jian Te She Fa [2023] No. 94, Notice from the State Administration for Market Regulation on Deepening Efforts to Strengthen Elevator Safety and Conducting Inspections and Remediation of Potential Hazards in Elevator Accidents), aiming to prevent recurrence of major elevator accidents such as the “10·18” incident in Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The document explicitly states: Develop a “Checklist for Elevator Safety Risk Control,” rigorously implement daily monitoring, weekly inspections, and monthly scheduling systems and mechanisms, and supervise elevator maintenance and repair units to ensure proper equipment maintenance and upkeep, thereby guaranteeing that potential hazards are identified early and eliminated promptly.

Rising Star Elevator Cloud fully leverages its three core electrical control advantages—control systems, door-machine systems, and human-machine systems—to automatically report the status of key electrical control components. It uses AI-powered cameras to automatically detect improper elevator usage behaviors (such as electric bicycles and obstructing doors), and employs EOCD technology to automatically identify abnormal vibration events in mechanical components.

The aforementioned features of Elevator Cloud closely align with the regulatory requirements set forth in Document No. 74 regarding the safety responsibilities of using entities, enabling automatic population of reported data and the automatic generation of daily control reports, weekly inspection reports, and monthly scheduling reports. For data related to management aspects, the reporting platform supports online modifications.

Daily Control Report

The daily control report for the previous day is automatically generated every day at 1:00 a.m. Based on digital twin technology, the daily control provides more intuitive visualization of potential safety hazards and abnormal issues, highlighting them with alarm notifications. Key events, faults, and alerts are clearly displayed for easy monitoring. The detailed report summarizes the elevator’s operational status and management conditions for the day.

Weekly Inspection Report

The weekly inspection report for the previous week is automatically generated every Monday at 1:00 a.m. It visually presents this week’s elevator operation statistics in the form of charts. The detailed report provides a comprehensive overview of this week’s elevator performance and management status.

Monthly Dispatch Report

The monthly scheduling report for the previous month is automatically generated at 1:00 a.m. on the first day of each month. It visually presents this month’s elevator operation statistics in the form of charts. A detailed report provides comprehensive statistics on this month’s elevator performance and management status.
