To ensure the safety of every journey, the Technical Support Department of Shanghai STEP Electric recently meticulously prepared and conducted a special training session focused on elevator safety. This training aims to enhance customers’ safety management capabilities through professional fault diagnosis and technical instruction, thereby guaranteeing the stable operation of elevator equipment.
At the training session, technical experts explained complex technical principles in a clear and accessible manner, and provided a comprehensive and thorough analysis of troubleshooting techniques, ensuring that customers acquire the knowledge and skills needed to accurately identify and efficiently resolve issues. The training content also covered a variety of topics, including product optimization and upgrade opportunities, practical application cases of new regulations, and brand-new product features. During the interactive sessions, customers actively asked questions and engaged in in-depth discussions with the experts.
