    The five-axis dispensing system, model DJ1600V4 (five-axis linkage), features a 2- to 5-axis dispensing control system. Built upon a standard dispensing system, it adds five-axis linkage functionality under a Cartesian coordinate system (compatible with four-axis linkage). The system consists of the TV5600-B01 offline motion control card based on the OMCV13 system (AMC1600P). These two components are connected via Modbus serial communication. The TV5600 handles the human-machine interface, while the offline motion control card performs motion control and I/O operations, forming a modular, fully three-dimensional, high-precision dedicated motion control system.

    The five-axis dispensing system, model DJ1600V4 (five-axis linkage), features a 2- to 5-axis dispensing control system.     Supports five-axis simultaneous RTCP functionality for easy teaching and use.
    Can import PLT, TCF files, and G-code files.
    Supports 5- and 6-axis G-code mapping.
    The processing file can handle 1,000 files, with each file storing 10,000 processing points.
    Support for Lua scripting functionality specifically designed to address non-standard processes.
