DJ1600V4-A01 five-axis linkage dispensing system
Description
Product Description
Five-axis linkage dispensing system, model DJ1600V4 (five-axis linkage) 2-5 axis dispensing control system, adds five-axis linkage function in Cartesian coordinate system (compatible with four-axis linkage) to the standard dispensing system, and is made by TV5600- B01+ is composed of offline motion control card (AMC1600P) based on OMCV13 system. The two are connected through Modbus serial port communication. Set of split, full three-dimensional, high-precision special motion control system.

System value:
Maintain the best dispensing state of the glue gun, improve the dispensing quality,
significantly improve the dispensing efficiency, effectively
avoid the interference of the glue gun
, reduce the number of clamping times, complete five-sided processing in one clamping,
shorten the production process chain, simplify production management
and shorten the new product development cycle
