The VD50 series integrated vision-and-motion control dispensing system integrates vision control and motion-control hardware into a single unit, along with a user-friendly PC software interface. It supports both bus-axis and pulse-axis configurations and can be widely used in visual dispensing applications across the electroacoustic, inductor, telecommunications, electronics, and LED industries.

    Product Introduction

Model: VD50 Series Integrated Vision-Controlled Dispensing and Motion Control System

The human-machine interaction interface is integrated into a single PC software package, supporting both bus-axis and pulse-axis control. It can be widely used in visual dispensing applications across various industries, including electroacoustics, inductance, telecommunications, electronics, and LED manufacturing.

    Features and Advantages

    Hardware features:

    Controllable axis count: 2–6 axes

    2 Gigabit network ports

    2 100-Megabit network ports

    2 RS485 communication interfaces (non-isolated)

    1 RS232 communication interface (non-isolated)

    4 pulse-axis interfaces

    2 USB 2.0 (host mode)

2 USB 3.0 ports (host mode)

    1 HDMI port

    1 VGA port

    4-way light source interface

Number of motor axes: Up to 4 axes for pulses / up to 6 axes for buses, with encoder feedback and encoder input.

Maximum Frequency: Maximum pulse frequency of 4 MHz, 5V differential output, supporting both pulse + direction and pulse-plus-pulse modes.

Digital input: 16 channels with optocoupler isolation (with indicator lights); input voltage: 12–24V; high level > 4.5V; low level < 1.0V.

Digital output: 16-channel optocoupler-isolated NPN open-collector outputs, with an output voltage range of 5–24 VDC and a maximum current of 500 mA per channel.

Power supply: DC 24V, maximum power consumption 15W. Analog output: 2-channel analog voltage outputs, output range: 0-10V.

    Software features:

Meets the standards for dispensing machine structure, with complete and stable performance.

Supports dynamic dispensing with camera-based tracking and dynamic dispensing with sensor-based tracking.

Supports panoramic shooting and fly-by shooting.

Supports secondary development, making it convenient for customers to design and develop different non-standard machinery.

Supports visual positioning and correction functions, thereby improving product machining accuracy.

Supports dual-station machining, enhancing customer work efficiency.

Supports camera-guided teaching, using a computer display to teach positioning points, which can improve accuracy and reduce fatigue.

Fast debugging time—optimize the debugging method for glue-spraying valve equipment.
