2 Functional Features
Overall characteristics
■ The ESDT400SA(-B) can be seamlessly integrated into existing analog five-party communication systems.
■ The terminal features high integration, with the five-party call simulation-to-digital conversion module and the data acquisition and transmission module integrated into a single device.
■ Supports CAN, RS485, and RS232 for collecting elevator operating data; one dry contact input is reserved.
■ Compact in size and supports standard rail mounting.
Voice call feature
■ In conjunction with a four-wire analog intercom system, this enables communication between cabin personnel and remote maintenance staff via mobile phones or the duty room’s telephone. The SIM card does not need to have call functionality enabled; communication is realized through VoIP.
■ Through the cloud platform, you can remotely set up to 3 phone numbers (mobile or landline) without needing on-site configuration.
■ After the cabin personnel press the cabin call button, the system can sequentially dial the preset phone numbers until one of them connects.
■ The terminal can parse the alarm signals (ring signals) from the five-party system and upload them to the platform, where a pop-up notification will be displayed on the platform.
■ When a person is trapped or an elevator malfunction occurs, the terminal can play a soothing voice message to the car’s auxiliary unit via the five-party intercom interface.
■ After the passenger presses the alarm button, the terminal control system immediately plays a voice prompt saying, “The alarm signal has been confirmed.”
■ A car-mounted machine, in conjunction with this terminal, can also enable remote calls. For villa elevator applications, there’s no need to add a separate machine room host.
Data Acquisition and Transmission Function
■ Elevator operation data acquisition and transmission (including status, faults, events, statistical information, alarm bell alerts, etc.)
■ Supports remote upgrade services
■ Supports elevator call via mobile app or WeChat mini-program.

■ ESDT400SA, comes with a built-in SIM card, including 3 years of data traffic and 3 years of unlimited IP calling.
