STEP Drive and Control Products All-in-One | Replays of the Industrial Fair Exhibition

At the 2019 China International Industry Fair held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), STEP showcased intelligent drive and control products—including robots and servo drives—as well as their comprehensive solutions. These products have found wide application in fields such as food, packaging, instrumentation and optics, plastic hardware, automotive components, mobile phones and telecommunications electronics, and new energy.
01 SCARA robot

EtherCAT enables gantry synchronization. It features a dual-gantry structure driven by high-speed, high-precision linear motors, suitable for applications such as testing, assembly, and packaging.
Parallel synchronous demonstration. The AMC1600E controller supports a variety of robotic solutions, offering simple and convenient operation. Its open-platform architecture allows customers to develop their own applications, making it suitable for SCARA, DELTA, and 2-axis planar parallel robots, among others.
GR Robot High-Speed Handling Workstation. The new-generation GR robot intuitively demonstrates a significant increase in overall machine speed and a five-fold improvement in system’s comprehensive computing performance, making it ideal for applications such as high-speed handling of light-load tasks.
Dual-machine locking and unloading workstation. The air-blowing feeder locks and attaches components using an SCARA robot, while the vacuum-based SCARA robot handles component removal, creating a closed-loop locking operation cycle. The SCARA robot fully integrates intelligent electric screwdriver locking technology, including torque-angle monitoring and locking result recording. It also features error detection for floating locks, stripped screws, and misaligned slots, as well as constant-force pressing.
02 Six-axis robot

Robot polishing workstation. It features a small six-axis robot with high versatility and supports offline programming using STEP simulation software. Depending on the polishing conditions, you can choose between floating electric or pneumatic rotary tools, as well as floating reciprocating pneumatic tools. The compact, integrated design minimizes the footprint.
Robotic welding workstation. The advanced robotic arc welding package addresses challenging welding tasks and features functions such as arc tracking, high-voltage positioning, drag-and-teach programming, and coordinated motion of additional axes.
03 Servo Drive System

Single-axis pulse Ωs-AP series. The servo motors cover a power range of (0.1–7.5) kW and can drive linear motors.
Single-axis bus Ωs-AN series. The servo motors cover a power range of (0.1–7.5) kW and support EtherCAT and CANOpen bus communication. They meet the high-precision interpolation control requirements of precision engraving machines, delivering smooth motion with no tool marks.
Single-axis bus Ωs-EN series. The servo motors cover a power range of (0.2–22) kW and support EtherCAT and CANOpen bus communication, enabling flexible, localized customization.
Multi-axis bus, Ωm-N1 series. Integrated drive unit (DC300V), with flexible configuration options for both the rectifier unit and the drive unit. Supports EtherCAT bus communication and is compatible with mainstream industrial controllers, offering excellent compatibility. Features a single-chip control solution for multiple axes, improving synchronization control performance by 60%.
