The Shenyang Technical Training Session of Shanghai STEP Electric Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled at the Jianhui Junyue Hotel in Shenyang. An unexpected heavy rainstorm early in the morning caused traffic disruptions on many roads in Shenyang; however, the storm did not dampen everyone’s enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. By taking buses, subways, bicycles, and other modes of transportation, participants made their way to the training venue one after another.
The instructors for this training session are Zhu Pinjun, Yin Jinsong, and Zhang Jie—three experienced engineers, each with over 20 years of expertise in technology and after-sales service. The course primarily focuses on training related to the AS380 integrated unit, the C7000 control cabinet, and the AS380S integrated unit—products currently most widely used in the market. Additionally, the course includes a technical analysis and explanation of Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 to the nation’s new Standard No. 1.
Throughout the day-and-a-half-long training session, each participant eagerly absorbed knowledge like sponges. Even during the lunch break, everyone remained immersed in a sea of learning, exchanging experiences and honing their practical skills with one another. The Q&A sessions interspersed throughout the training took the entire technical workshop to a whole new level. Participants eagerly raised the questions they’d been pondering, and the instructors, much like master martial artists from ancient Xianxia novels, calmly analyzed and answered every query with ease and confidence. The participants expressed heartfelt gratitude and sincere admiration for the instructors’ brilliant explanations. After the training concluded, the company hosted a dinner for the participants at a restaurant. This gathering was not only a platform for mutual exchange but also an opportunity for elevator professionals to strengthen their bonds and deepen their camaraderie!
