On September 8, the “Chinese Dream, Brand Dream” 2017 Elevator Industry User-Preferred Brand Selection and Awards Ceremony, organized by Sail Media, kicked off with great fanfare at the Xinghewan Hotel in Shanghai. The theme of this event was “Safety, Energy Efficiency, and Comfort—Brands That Create Timeless Excellence.” Well-known elevator industry companies such as Mitsubishi, ThyssenKrupp, Hitachi, and Xintaida were invited to attend the event.
After rigorous screening through online voting, questionnaire surveys, and expert reviews, the 26 awards unveiled during this three-hour gala ceremony were truly well-deserved. Wang Peng, Vice President of STEP and General Manager of the Electrical Business Division, was named “2017 Elevator Industry’s Craftsman of the Year.” STEP C7000 fully intelligent, network-integrated elevator control cabinet was honored as one of the “2017 Top Ten Craftsmanship Products in the Elevator Industry.” In addition, STEP was also recognized as the “2017 Most Competitive Component Brand in the Elevator Industry” and as one of the “Top Ten Smart Manufacturing Enterprises Chosen by Users in the 2017 Elevator Industry.”
