Xiao’ao virtual commissioning is an electrical commissioning technique based on digital simulation technology. By integrating a simulation environment with physical automation devices such as PLCs and HMIs, it enables the joint debugging of PLC programs and robot programs. This allows for early validation of designs and programs before actual construction begins, thereby reducing risk costs and improving project quality.
By adopting Xiao’ao’s virtual commissioning technology, the on-site commissioning cycle can be significantly shortened, reducing downtime. Operators can be trained in a virtual environment, minimizing PLC programming errors on-site, improving the quality of robot trajectories, reducing the workload of engineers at the site, and providing a safe testing environment.

Xiao’ao’s standard product, independently developed based on the servo control technology of STEP robots, is primarily used for bottom-plate positioning in a variety of different vehicle models. It can be applied to various production lines in welding and assembly workshops, including bottom-plate sub-assembly lines (such as front and rear bottom-plate lines and body-in-white lines), main bottom-plate lines, complete-vehicle assembly lines, and re-welding lines. This product is suitable for flexible, multi-model production on shared lines.

Xiao’ao robot’s external-axis track is compatible with STEP robot control technology. It can be applied to a variety of applications, including standard spot welding, material handling, and glue dispensing. Featuring a modular design, the robot boasts a compact structure that is easy to plan and arrange. Its integral frame design reduces installation and adjustment time. It offers excellent positioning repeatability and can be easily adapted to work with multiple robot brands.
At the same exhibition booth, Xiao'ao also showcased products and technologies such as robotic riveting systems, high-speed roller beds and positioning carts, and automated tooling changeover systems.
