SM.04H7/F

It can be connected to the motherboard via CAN communication, and in case of a fault, it can display the escalator fault code. Alternatively, it can directly acquire binary-coded signals from input points and display the fault code.

ES.02/F

The fault acquisition board is used to collect fault points from the safety chain and display them on the fault display board. The acquisition boards can be divided into an upper acquisition board and a lower acquisition board. Cables from switches located closer to the upper part of the escalator can be connected to the upper acquisition board, while cables from switches located closer to the lower part of the escalator can be connected to the lower acquisition board. The upper and lower acquisition boards are interconnected via CAN communication, which maximizes cable savings. The ES.02/F can provide 20 channels of high-voltage signals (110VAC/220VAC) input, and its position—whether it’s the upper or lower board—is set using the DIP switch SW1.

ES.02/B

The fault acquisition board is used to collect fault signals from the safety chain and display them on the fault display board. The acquisition board can be divided into an upper acquisition board and a lower acquisition board. Cables from switches located closer to the top of the escalator can be connected to the upper acquisition board, while cables from switches located closer to the bottom of the escalator can be connected to the lower acquisition board. The upper and lower acquisition boards are interconnected via CAN communication, which maximizes cable savings. The ES.02/B provides 24 low-voltage signal inputs (24VDC), and its position—whether it’s the upper or lower board—is set using DIP switch SW1.

ES.11/A

The safety monitoring board is the core component of the FSCS functional safety monitoring system. It complies with the following standards: GB16899-2011 and EN115-1:2017.

ES.01/B

The escalator main control board ES.01/B features 20 low-voltage inputs, 2 high-voltage inputs, 14 relay outputs, 3 transistor outputs, 2 CAN interfaces (one for connecting the fault acquisition board and fault display board of this escalator, and the other for remote monitoring from the control room), 1 RS232 interface (for connecting a handheld operator), and 1 expansion interface (for interface expansion; up to 3 expansion boards can be added).

ES.11-B1 Security Monitoring Board

Certified under the Programmable Electronic Safety-Related Systems (PESSRAE); Can be commissioned using the handheld operator SM.08/G; Multi-channel redundant safety monitoring (host speed measurement, step missing detection, handrail speed detection)...
