Motion control
Relying on more than two decades of deep expertise in motion control software and algorithms, STEP YunKong has developed an architecture that integrates "software-defined automation" with "AI cloud-edge-device collaboration", leading industrial automation from "hard integration" toward efficient and flexible "soft intelligence". Its product portfolio encompasses a wide range of categories, including direct-drive/rotary servo systems, motion control cards, controllers, integrated vision-and-motion control platforms, and robotic joint modules, providing one-stop intelligent solutions for multiple industries such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, lithium batteries, lasers, and embodied intelligence.
ADT-8989 C1/H1: A high-performance, eight-axis pulse‑train motion control card based on the PCI bus.
The ADT-8909 series motion control card is a 4/6/8/12-axis PCI‑bus motion controller based on the A9 dual‑core architecture. It delivers exceptional speed control, trajectory control, and high‑speed I/O capabilities, and supports features such as PSO, RTCP, and electronic cams, making it well suited for a wide range of high‑end applications.
2-4-axis tufting machine control system (7-inch display)
Tufting equipment is classified by the number of spindles—two‑spindle, three‑spindle, and four‑spindle or more—and by function into tufting machines, drilling machines, integrated drilling‑and‑tufting machines, and toothbrush‑making machines.
3-6-axis tufting machine control system (10-inch screen)
Tufting equipment is classified according to the number of spindles—two‑spindle, three‑spindle, and four‑spindle or more—and by function into tufting machines, drilling machines, integrated drilling‑and‑tufting machines, and toothbrush‑making machines.
DJ1600V4 Five-Axis Dispensing System
The five-axis coordinated dispensing system, model DJ1600V4 (five-axis coordination), is a 2–5‑axis dispensing control system that adds five-axis coordination functionality in Cartesian coordinates to the standard dispensing system (while remaining compatible with four-axis coordination). It consists of the TV5600+ offline motion control card based on the OMCV13 system (AMC1600P), with the two components connected via Modbus serial communication. The TV5600 handles the human–machine interface, while the offline motion control card manages motion control and I/O operations, forming a modular, fully three-dimensional, high-precision dedicated motion control system.
