"One product is rolled off the assembly line every 80 seconds, and the assembly accuracy has been improved to an industrial level of ±0.1mm." Coming to the intelligent production line of drive-control integrated machine, the charm of technology and digitalization is overwhelming. Using an end-to-end digital production line, each process in the assembly can be checked and controlled, all data is stored in the factory MES, and four-axis and six-axis robots work together to improve production efficiency and product quality.

The STEP robot super factory uses robots to manufacture robots in batches, reducing the number of workers by 80%, and the one-time pass rate of product testing has increased by 15%. Under the empowerment of efficient and flexible automation technology, the designed production capacity of 10,000 units per year has been realized. Compared with the previous manual work, the output efficiency per unit area has increased by more than 30%. The factory was selected as one of the first batch of 20 smart factories in Shanghai, and in 2021 it was awarded the pilot demonstration factory of smart manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
