Acquisition of Zhishan Zhikong
On June 13, STEP announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai STEP Cable Technology Co., Ltd. planned to acquire 100% equity of Hangzhou Zhishan Zhikong Technology Co., Ltd. with its own funds of 405 million yuan. Zhishan Zhikong is an enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of servo drives and other motion control system products. Its main business focuses on motion control products and industrial robots.

under STEP, STEP Robotics is dedicated to core technologies such as robot controllers, drives, mechanical bodies, and software platforms; the Operation Control Division focuses on motion control and industrial automation businesses; Shenzhen Zhongweixing, SCARA robots, motion control Leading brand; Shanghai Xiaoao Xiangrong, dedicated to the intelligent flexible production line of automobiles; Shanghai Huitong Technology, the world's largest servo system channel provider.
