Product Description
The Ωs-AP2 series servo drives can cover servo motors with power ratings from 0.1 kW to 2 kW.

Analog speed and torque control
Internal multi-point I/O and multi-segment speed control
232 Communication Control
485 Modbus/RTU Communication ControlEnd vibration suppression
In certain industrial applications, after the mechanical system reaches a specified position, the end effector of the mechanism may exhibit “jitter,” which affects equipment performance.

The Ωs-AP2 servo drive incorporates a trajectory shaping algorithm that can effectively eliminate this type of “jitter.” We provide a “reference correlation between the number of oscillation cycles and the damping factor” for users’ reference:

Homing and Zeroing Mode & I/O Point Control
The Ωs-AP2 series servo drives offer customers a variety of homing modes to meet different on-site zero-return requirements. Additionally, they provide I/O point control functionality with up to 64 points, enabling customers to achieve multi-point position control of servo motors by combining different I/O signals even when pulse-based control is not available.

Closed-loop entire system
In industrial applications, connections such as belts, lead screws, or gears inevitably exhibit certain levels of vibration, looseness, and backlash during transmission, which can compromise the precision of servo control. Particularly in applications with stringent precision requirements, it is essential to account for positioning errors caused by transmission backlash and belt-drive vibrations. To address these challenges, the Ωs-AP2 series of servo drives incorporates a full closed-loop control function.
