Ωs-AN1 series servo driver
Description
Ωs-AN1 series servo drives can cover servo motors with a power of 0.2kW-7.5kW. Support EtherCAT, CANOpen bus communication, the communication rate is 100Mbps; the frequency response of the current loop is 2kHz, and the frequency response of the speed loop is 1.6kHz; it can realize precise position, speed and torque control, and has excellent control performance and reliable safety strategy. The wiring and operation methods conform to the usage habits of Asian users.
Product advantages
1. The frequency response of the current loop is 2.5kHz, the frequency response of the speed loop is 1.6kHz, and the communication rate is 100Mbps.
2. With a variety of subtraction filters to improve control stability, support speed curve planning, acceleration and deceleration settings and acceleration and deceleration fillet settings.
3. End shake suppression function, friction compensation function, motor cogging torque compensation function.
4. It supports magnetic field weakening control, which can make the motor speed continue to increase in high-speed and light-load operation occasions.
5. Support multiple auxiliary functions parameter reset, self-learning, jogging, fault history query and fault history clearing
6. Support the PC software of the host computer for parameter setting (upload, download, reset, import, export); waveform monitoring (support automatic saving of waveforms within a period of time before and after the occurrence of a fault, call, playback, measurement and analysis of historical waveform data when a fault occurs , linear transformation, FFT analysis); support servo position, speed and torque control, start and stop, forward and reverse control, status monitoring, fault diagnosis and other operations;
7. Support servo drive communication with multiple addresses different;
8. Equipped with safety functions corresponding to international standards, STO/SS1/SS2/SBC, safe and reliable
9. Optional hand-held operation panel can be used to set parameters and monitor the status of servo and motor, making system debugging more convenient.
