    • Commodity name: 2-6 Axis Dispensing Control System

The 2-6-axis dispensing control system consists of a TV5600 handheld unit paired with an offline motion control card based on the OMCV13 system (OMC8849/OMC1600). The two components are connected via Modbus serial communication. The TV5600 handles the human-machine interface, while the offline motion control card performs motion control and I/O operations, forming a modular, fully three-dimensional, high-precision dedicated motion control system.

    Product Introduction

    Model: DJ8849V1 (three-axis) / DJ8849V2 (four-axis) / DJ1600V1 (five-axis) / DJ1600V2 (six-axis)

    Software Features

2-6-axis interpolation, supporting spatial straight lines, spatial circular arcs, and spline curves.

Adopts a feedforward velocity algorithm for automatic arc-corner velocity, and can also automatically round corner points.

Supports standard Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP communication protocols.

Supports a wide range of machining instructions, including free-form movement, linear motion, spline curves, file calls, and more; as well as open-ended user-defined instructions (customers can write the specific actions for these instructions themselves).

    Rotational Axis Radius Compensation

PLT, TCF files, and G-code files can be imported via computer.

Graphical preview and real-time dynamic display of the machining path

Multiple processing modes including cyclic processing, single-step processing, automatic processing, and single-operation processing.

The processing file can store 10,000 processing points.

Real-time dynamic display of the machining path

Convenient and user-friendly file instruction and editing features are provided, along with a variety of advanced editing functions such as batch modification, array copying, graphic translation, graphic scaling, and automatic rounding. A commonly used graphics library is also included for easy customer access.

    Script programming

Support for Lua scripting functionality specifically designed to address non-standard processes.

The Lua script is named main.lua and is stored in the root directory of the controller disk.
